yuiGrid-0.1: Example/README

BUILD:
In order to build the example you need to setup also the "redHandlers" pkg.
Then just run "make" to make the example.

RUN:
The example is a standalone web application listening on port 8080.
 - Run the application "main"
 - Open a browser and try the URL: http://localhost:8080/
