I'm pretty sure it's a substantial performance hit especially due to all the extra wrapping/unwrapping that happens in selector nodes.
- Added transformer variants in `Smarties.Trans.Builders`
- Added Conway's Game of Life tutorial to examples
- Haddock comment cleanup
