* The naive propagator does not use `(==)` to detect changes, but a custom
  operator, to allow faster and less restricted operators.
* Module structure refactoring
* No more `R` type constructor, instead individual `RBool` etc. types
* Addition of `Data.Recursive.Map`
* A space leak is fixed
