* Install

% cabal install

from dir with sources or

% cabal update && cabal install matsuri

to download from hackage.


* Config

Edit matsurirc.example (set your account's username, password, etc)
and copy it to ~/.matsurirc


* Using

Run

% ~/.cabal/bin/matsuri

and type `/help'.
