- The `RealFrac` constraint on `LPMonad` numeric types.

  This simplifies the constraints necessary in application code.

### Removed

- The `writeFormulation` class method.

  This was impossible to implement correctly without requiring
  `LPMonad` to implement `MonadIO`, which should not be required in
  general.
