### Changed

- Make the `Glpk` monad work with threaded runtimes. The underlying
  library requires that GLPK environments be accessed from a single
  thread, so we run the monad in bound threads.

- Infeasible problems now produce an `Infeasible` status rather than
  an `Error` status.
