mahoro-0.1.1: INSTALL

Install program as user in $HOME/.cabal dir:

% runhaskell Setup configure --prefix=$HOME/.cabal --user
% runhaskell Setup build
% runhaskell Setup install

Or simple:

% ./install.sh

Settings stored in ~/.mahororc. Set it before run.
Config example in mahororc.example.
