hmpfr-0.1: README

Haskell MPFR binding.

It was successfully tested with MPFR versions 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 and with
GHC versions 6.8.3 and 6.8.2 on (Ubuntu) Linux and on Windows (MPFR was built with 
MSYS).
