### Please describe the problem.
When installing the windows aplha dated 2013-06-21 12:17 it gives an error:

Error opening file for writing:
c:\program files (x86)\Git\cmd\git-annex.exe
Abort,retry or ignore?

If you run as administrator it works.



### What steps will reproduce the problem?

Download the alpha installer and run as normal user.

### What version of git-annex are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64 bit
