What steps will reproduce the problem?
 Start "./git-annex-webapp"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 The webapp should start, but I get the error "git-annex: getUserEntryForID: failed (Success)"

What version of git-annex are you using? On what operating system?
 3.20121017 on "Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS" 32-Bit
