* Add support for bitmasks, i.e. enums with the `bit_flags` attribute.
* `FlatBuffers.Vector.length` changed from `Either ReadError Int32` to `Int32`.
  * Vector length is now read once upfront, rather than on every access.

  * `fromByteString`
  * `fromLazyByteString`
