  A Haskell take on Rust's figment. Combine configuration from files
  (JSON, TOML, YAML), environment variables, command-line arguments and

  Every value remembers where it came from, so all problems are reported
  together, each with the key, the name you would type to fix it
  (@APP_PORT@, @--port@), the file, and the line and column. Higher-kinded
  partial configurations give a compile-time guarantee that no field is
  missing. Parsers enforce resource limits while parsing.
