dephd-0.0: TODO

TODO:

* plotall is unreliable - why? 
  prob 1: it terminates before spawning all gnuplots (few inputs)
  prob 2: it fails to terminate at all (on many inputs)

* check for gnuplot in $PATH, and give informative error message

* parse qual files as well as phd files

* do base calling with quality measures.
