* Get type-level `Ord` from `type-compare` instead of `numeric-kinds`.
  * Check inequality tests like `<?` against `True` rather than checking
    `Ordering`s against `EQ`.
  * This could in theory require updating constraints, but probably won't break
    anything in practice.
