## Auto identifiers ASCII (extension)

The `auto_identifiers_ascii` extension is like
`auto_identifiers` but limits identifiers to ASCII.
Accented Latin characters are converted into the
closest ASCII equivalent. Other non-ASCII characters
are simply omitted.
