etal_AndOthersWithEtAlUseLast.txt

Literal "others" as the last name, which is what BibTeX's "and others"
becomes, is rendered as "et al." with et-al-use-last="true", whether the
list is shorter than et-al-min, exactly as long, or longer.  It is not
a real last name: it must not be printed after "et al." and must not
turn the "et al." into an ellipsis.  A complete list still gets the
ellipsis and its real last name.
