A ReOC is filled in field by field: start from 'mkUnfilledReOC', set each
field with its optic, and 'fillReOC' gives either the valid 'ReOC' or every
reason it is not valid ('renderReOCErrors'), each with the path and help text
of its field. A valid 'ReOC' can also be built with its constructors, and
'writeDocuments' writes the filled CASA Form 101-02 (XFDF), the operations
manual and, with RePL training, the RePL training manual (Flat ODF text) that
it gives.
