- Fixes stack traces in cases where multiple call stacks are present in the
  exception context.

- When a trace is present in both an exception and its context/annotation (e.g.

  rather than the wrapper.

- Removed `Network.Bugsnag.Exception.Parse.parseExceptionWithContext` and the
  `Network.Bugsnag.Exception.Context` module's `ExceptionWithContext` and
  `displayExceptionWithContext`.
