- Fixed serialization of headers in BugsnagRequest
Previously, headers were a list of:

[(CI ByteString, ByteString)]
```
So they serialized as an array, but Bugsnag only accepts objects for headers.
To solve this, the `newtype BugsnagRequestHeaders` wraps the headers and has a
correct `ToJSON` instance.
