* in lllDelta, reuse the GSO for filling in mu_arr
* see if there are even more efficient arrays I should use
* maybe let the GSO / LLL algorithms return a Data.Array instead of converting back/from lists?
* use Array in GSO's gs function
* implement (algorithmic/implementational) speedups! :-)
